Refund policy

If you are not 100% happy with your quilted piece, we would be happy to repair or exchange 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a repair or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
